The CNVD-T is a weapon-mounted thermal sight and stand-alone thermal detector. Designed for non-magnified close-quarters battle (CQB) optics, it can be used in conjunction with a day optic and is a true clip-on, pass-through site. The CNVD-T mounts on a 1913 rail in front of an existing optic.
It is ruggedized for battlefield conditions and optimized for CQB use. The CNVD-T can be used on weapon platforms up to .50 caliber. It has a 60 Hz refresh rate for incredibly smooth target acquisition and image panning. Image and video capture through this device can be downloaded to your PC. A user-friendly menu provides adjustments for brightness, contrast, and polarity change (white hot or black hot).
